1 hand per thread, hide results (people answers are skewed when they know results)

1st hand
Fold preflop because JTo doesn't play well 3-way out of position. Call on the flop is standard, on the turn this very nitty villain overbets = they really like their hand and try to "protect" or "make you pay" to see the river, you could just go allin here but I imagine calling is also fine. Very bad river card, their probable overpairs are now beating you and they just never bluff

2nd hand villain is a fish, annoying spot but they might shove a worse 9 or even random nonsense, I would also call (not super thrilled of course)

Thanks for the answer.

Oh sorry, I will stick to those from now on. Tx again.

fold,

Would never call this second hand at this stake, top pair good kicker but BB range could be wide af here; this overbet given the potsize is for me uncallable despite spade block — or what are your thoughts behind calling here? Maybe im missing something

first hand after 2x overbet sigh fold you really beat nothing. when making river decisions you need to remember population at 2NL in general is OUTRAGEOUSLY underbluffing. so unless you have a solid read on villain overfolding will work beautifully.

2nd hand cbet is too big. this is a better board for bbs range than yours. you can both have the FH and villain will have more 5x. blocking the nut flush i want to say range bet is probably best. but after the 2bet rip, remembering population is very much underbluffing and blocking the nut fd folding will the best decision pretty much everytime.

good luck in future mate!

Hand 1; I think you have enough stats to determine that the villain is a nit and he wouldn't be doing this with just AJ, but when he shoves he's probably (either correctly or incorrectly) "targeting " a jack. So while if he's thinking he has a stronger jack, you have a better two pair, so in that scenario you're doing fine. If he has overpairs, we're screwed. If he was betting with a suited 6, like ace 6 of clubs or something, then we're screwed in that scenario too. I'm no gto expert but I can think of more scenarios that screw us than otherwise

Hand two I'm thinking much the same.

Unlucky bro but keep at it and good luck in the streets. Thanks for the post.

I would fold pre. Going multi way I would only call hands that make nutted hands like pocket pairs, suited aces, some suited Broadways that aren't good enough to squeeze, maybe K9s and QTs
