Good fold
You have 24% Pot odds and 23% against the entire range, which is a very optimistic scenario in practice.
So the fold is fine even if we consider the implied odds.
Even if you would hit your straight it is possible that villain has a flush. I would fold and take a note that "villain raised turn flush card 3way x1" <--- x1 means it was his first time. If he would do it again, I would mark x2
Villain is raising 1 BB bet which is the ~same as a check from opponents. It's more of a bet than raise.
