Yes fine fold for 2nlz imo.

There are 112.5 BB in the pot and you have to call 81.5 BB, you need 81.5 / (81.5 + 112.5) = 42% equity to call, in fact you need a bit more because of the rake.

Even if they never 4bet shove with AA and just QQ, KK, AK you don't have enough equity
Equity Win Tie
MP2 39.92% 39.71% 0.21% { JJ }
MP3 60.08% 59.87% 0.21% { KK-QQ, AKs, AKo }

Also I think your 3bet to 14 BB is a bit too much.

Good fold

Against recreationals you need to use timing tells in this situation. It's often a must call as recs sometimes quickish 4 jam some worse pairs and a majority of AK type holdings. If they take about 10seconds ish then jam its weighted towards nutted a bit more so there you can consider a fold against tight recreationals.

Fine.
