As per the advice to boost activity in this thread, I would advise you to 3bet pre. Especially at 5z where people generally tend to overfold and under aggress you should be leaning towards 3betting often against the BTN.
I think as played you should be folding the turn- not much good happens for you xcing here with this relatively weak holding. When you do hit TP on the river you should be xcing all day. Pool is incertivsed to bluff more as it is a scare card that looks like something they might hit. You block AK, KK KQ that they might be tripling here for value so it should be a profitable call even in tighter games.
If you don't play SB CC well then you should really simplify to 3bet or fold pre until you improve.
