I would fold and take a note of villain's action on this hand

Wizard calls the turn, but the solver has a wide polar range of 3bet BB vs SB (17%), which is pretty rare on the micro. So, a fold is totally fine!

I think I would 4bet this hand preflop versus 3bet. Not always though. Im not sure which is better though, calling or 4betting.

As per the advice to boost activity in this thread, I would advise you to consider xring flop against most reg opposition. Another out there option could be to donk.

Generally as you call a flop cbet out of position in a 3bp, you funnel yourself into a leveraged spot where often most of your range is indifferent or close to it by the turn cbet. This is because people don't construct correctly and lack the required bluffs for you to call down. Because of this, you tend to face a cbet too often on a later street.

One of the counters to this is to actually xr the flop aggressively with a linear and strong range. Pool tends to play that line worse by overpacifying as well as generally slightly underfolding the turn. It may seem counterintuitive to do this but it is a good way for you to put the general population in a predicament with their range construction errors.

If you did this I would consider just blocking tiny on the turn (maybe even b20 something similar) and folding to any aggression that continues from that.

A flop donk can work in a similar way but in general it works because people tend to play the flop and turn poorly against a linear leading range. Usually what will happen is that you will invest less chips with your combo against a wider range and thus you can gain some EV back in that way. If they put a lot of chips in when you do this you can just fold. A block is usually fine choosing this option.

As played though I would just fold turn yeah.
