I would bet turn yeah. One option is to checkback turn and call river donk but there is a possibility that 4th flushcard comes and then you miss value on the turn so yeah I like turn bet.
If villain would chk/raise turn, I could fold or call depending of my feelings or villain's stats
Bet is fine on the turn, but using small sizing on scary turn cards is a good approach in this spot.
As per the advice to boost activity in this thread, I would advise you to cbet turn even bigger than this. It might be incorrect in GTO but it tends to overrealise in practice. I like going near pot or just over post with these types of holdings that unblock pair plus draw or top pair or two pair etc. If they raise then fold.
I'd also make a healthy river bet size as long as the texture doesn't shift again and remains static. One of the most important things that you can do in low stakes poker is size up if and when you have a hand that unblocks calls for value.
