you can cbet flop half - 2/3 pot. You have a gutshot + BDFD and your A and J out could still be live, you're also blocking some Qx, Tx and Jx combos they would continue with. Although you might assume you have less FE being multiway people tend to play more fit or fold in this situation so betting will still generate some folds. That coupled with your equity is enough to make it worth cbetting here. Given your strong preflop range(i'm making an assumption here 😃) you can also credibly rep a strong hand. I would barrel heart, K and A turns.
