QQ OOP in SRP
On the flop I think X is standard, on the turn villain can still have lots of draws, weaker pairs that I beat. When he bets smallish on river I feel like I get shown Kx most of the time. Also in a hand before villain stabbed flop+turn with air, but gave up river. And flop was 3ways, which should reduce amount of bluffs also.
Too nitty fold?

This fold otf. In mw spots you should defend much tighter and when you face bet and a call you pretty much only continue with strong draws and hands that beat value.

Flop bet seems weak/small so I could call but on the turn I would start to question if I want to call again. Against an unknown I think I would fold turn
