BB distraction bet?

How should I have seen this coming? UTG1 made small standard double blind bet preflop. Was I distracted by BB bet on the turn? Then, I was out of position to see BB's fold response to UTG1 all in. UTG1 didn't even play his house on the flop. Could I have done anything differently?
