Easy fold. If T were a spade I would snap call though

Appreciate the insight!

Yeah, fold. You are crushed by KK (27% equity). 35% equity against other overpairs. Crushed by sets. Coinflip against AK, but still slightly underdog.

Flip with AT, slight underdog vs JT, QT, KT

So basically you flip against his bluffs ( there wont be many in the first place), and far behind vs everything else. Even if we remove 99 and TT it's a fold.

Preflop is a fold more often than not in this situation. See below the preflop strategy from GTOw for NL50 rake.

Since the rake at NL5 is very likely much higher, it becomes even more a fold, especially if you believe BTN is not 3betting what they should 3bet but are too value-heavy.

Appreciate it, didn't really consider my particular hand vs. his range and how it was performing against even his bluffs.

Thank you very much for the response, I was actually quite surprised to see QJs folding so often to the 3bet which shows I have to do more study.

Looking at my PokerTracker it seems as though the rake is 5% uncapped for 5NL.
