AA on Q9529 SB v UTG
Opponent is 6tabling solid reg, playing ~ 20\17\6, though no exact stats as it is GG.
He likely perceives me as tight or even nitty.
Note on him (probably irrelevant):
calls 88 from CO vs my BTN 3bet - c/c on KTx (two spades), check on 9(spade) turn, check on x river.
Cleary he won't have KK. If I put him on QQ, AQo, AQs, 99 55, it's OKish - barely beat his range.
Question: should I have check/called on any street instead of bet/bet/bet?
J and Q high boards are not the best if you have an overpair in 3b pot when ranges are tight. J is probably worst.
Thanks

Vs these nitty/passiv regs just bet yourself. I would size up flop turn sizing is really bad you are giving him direct odds to call with draws. I think best plan is bet big otf jam turn.
