200bb+ deep and someone already calling there and its 9max with utg rfi.... also just 5nl... I'd actually flat it here.
If mp+2 is wide fish you can sqz hope to get HU with him
All villains were unknown. My usual gameplan does not involve call 3bets oop i rather like to stick to the 4bet only approach (even deep). i am not sure if i can get a flat here +ev, for me this would be a pure setmining call.
If you are playing 4b or fold then 4b.. 30bb or so? Fold to 5b tho and if called then postflop you need to be careful because QQ and even KK can be in their range
