I would mostly fold pre but 3b probably ok. Never calling a 4b. 4bs @ micro limits are stupidly hot.

You would fold J9s in BB to a 2bb open? No way. I think 3b is too wide and i dont call the 4b too (CO in theory only has JJ+, AQo+, AKs and bluffs here, but i dont think realistically we can expect the range to be balanced as people dont 4b K9s, especially IP).
On the flop i guess you might stack off with fd + gutshot since people dont really have any flush draws besides Ax and the ace is on the board, i dont really know
