You can range bet flop SBvBTN. SB 3b range smacks this flop. Pocket pairs are OK to triple barrel in these spots because they have great unblockers to KQ, QT and draws etc. This flop is underbluffed on many runouts and I think decent regs will know this so they'll fold quite a bit of Ax.
