Villain is unknown. I am pretty dead vs his QQ, TT and 77 (5 combos) and only split vs 4 other QT combos. I need around 41% for the call, therefore, his ranges needs to include something else than 2pair. There could be some AA or KJ type hands in his range, but I assume this is rather unlikely. At least his stack size (not full 200bb) is an argument that he could be somewhat spewy. What's your opinion and prefered action?

He made it 2bb v a limper so thats pretty fishy
I prob call it off - does he always shove 77 or just raise sometimes? I think he can be overplaying AQ AA KK etc
I think we have enough equity to call here, quite realistic a fish would shove with KK/AA and draws here.
If he would be a reg then folding here is i think important deeper. Because he min raised preflop he is mostlikley a fish (could be still a misscklick but unlikley) we need to stack it off because most of our ev vs fish comes from them only looking at there absolut handstrenght and not considering relative handstrenght so they end up putting to much money in the pot with not enough eq.
I wouldn’t consider folding.
