Also what could UTG have to raise flop and than fold river?

Your call on the flop is questionable, top pair no kicker won't be good in a very big 3-way pot...
On the turn you are torching money, you might very well be drawing dead already and CO who raised flop plays after you, it's not unlikely they raise again.
Just fold on the flop after the CO raise.
