You've played only 18k hands at NL10, so you might already be a winning NL10 player.

The main difference between NL5 and NL10 is that in NL10 there are fewer recreational players and more players who want their money.
Therefore, to reduce variance and improve your win rate, you should refuse fast tables and improve your table selection. By selection, I mean not playing at a table where there are no recreational players, and always monitoring the lobby to play at the tables with the highest expected EV.

Also, work on your game, which should be an ongoing process for any successful poker player.
Usually, a basic theoretical level is enough to start winning at NL10 and to stop making gross mistakes such as expensive Hiro calls.
Get your value and don't give it away.

Post your hands, communicate with other players and you will be a success!

Keep focusing on your leaks. Micro fish are broadly all the same, but as slyless said, reg ratio increases. But even 10nl regs are still fish and have huge leaks.

You’re way too tight and your WWSF for those stats are too low.

Should be getting 50 at least on stats that tight. Looks like you’re not opening enough and you’re folding too often/ not calling enough pre. Arguably not 3betting though either.

Stat lines broadly like that is an anvil to your winrate. If you don’t get your VPIP nearer to high 20s and WWSF paired with that to around 50 WWSF you won’t be able to progress much.

No worries! It can be hard to adjust these things pragmatically but they tend to be the main things that keep people ‘stuck’ at a limit.

You are winning there, you just need to put in more volume. Other than that, get the 3b to at least 11 %
