When i played i dont see that the table was broke , so i decided only to call 3bet ( idk if is best to 4bet "ever" and call push obv )

As played i think that i want to fold river , but OTT is fine to call only , or is best to push turn ?

Yeah, once he goes this small pre (should be 10bb) you can assume a bit of a weakness and always stack off this pre. As played it is a bad spot to catch against such a nit. But the bet is small... I think call and make a note 😀

Preflop is whatever. You can call or 4bet. It's close.
Postflop definitely call. I think it's quite unlikely he double barrels Ax there, so by the river there isn't so much value. I also doubt people are betting QQ/KK for that size OTR, and it seems quite BS heavy.
I think raising flop or turn would bleed money tbf, as these boards are so extremely overbluffed due to the high amount of offsuit combos available, that by raising we pretty much get his bluffs to fold and value to call.
It might be that he uses that size OTR with an A cause he think he can't get worse to call otherwise. Anyway, you only need to be good ~25% of the times to call here, and whatever it is you should take a note on the guy
