I would fold pf
not a good idea to bluff OOP 4 way and you block some draws
Bluffing a gutter into multiple people on the turn on a paired board w/ a flush draw doesn’t seem good. The river probably has to be a small size if you bet, but i would guess it isn’t good.
Fold pre. You might think that you're getting the odds, but you are not - chances are, with 4 people in the pot, you will face both better pairs and better draws when you hit them, and this is a good recipe for 0% equity. The price with 3x open is not the best either, and you're guaranteed to be OOP.
On the turn, bluffing a gutter into 3 people is risky. You are folding out complete junk, but on this board, one of those 3 people could easily have something that doesnt fold.
On the river, what exactly are you trying to fold out (that called the big sizing on the turn) and what are you representing? Maybe you could fold out Ahxh. I thought you needed to size bigger, but actually you could go smaller as Zandar said - it could be enough for A high to fold. I dont really like it anyways - dont think you have RFE to bluff that.
