you're opening too wide. A8o is a fold UTG. suited we can open but offsuit we fold. check https://pokertrainer.se/preflop-opening-... for a detailed list of opening and 3betting ranges and start to adjust your ranges. as played, it's just a cooler, you can never fold this hand unless we're 1billion bbs deep and we get 3/4b ott or otr
