Questions about GTO UTG vs. 3-Bet

Hi everyone,

I am learning the GTO preflop strategy on Wizard, and I notice that in 8 handed, 300bb deep, 10% rake setting, GTO UTG will fold 100% of AKo, AQs, JJ vs. LJ 3-B. Also GTO UTG will fold 50% AKo, 100% AQo, and all poket pairs TT- vs. BTN 3-B. This is quite confusing to me because my experience in live cash game, especially 300bb deep, it's worth to defend at least 88+ to AJo+? I know that GTO is unexploitable but is this worth to deviate to a wider range in reality?
