I think its a call unless you think he has zero bluffs and doesnt value bet worse than jack, which could be possible for a triple barrel b75-b75-b100 by a passive-ish player. Over a 1000 hands cbet/barrel/triple barrel stats should be reliable, i would look to those for guidance. If you have seen him bluff a missed flush draw over that 1000 hands, its definitely a call.
They are (too) tight preflop and bet 75-75-100. You need to be good 33% of the time for the river call to be profitable, I don't think you have that vs your typical microstakes tight opponent but it's close.
We have a bluff catcher and a tight opponent who makes 3 big bets.
In my opinion, this is an easy fold on the river.
Main bluffs for IP are KT KQ QT, so ideally you want 8 or T plus some kind of pair to bluff catch. But this guy is super nit, so you probably want to fold every catcher.
