I least like your preflop call in this hand.
With 3-betting, you can win the pot preflop or play HU more often and realize your equity in position as an aggressor. This scenario is much more profitable than playing as a caller in a multipot.
You need to win 1 time out of 10 to make a call on the river profitable. So I see nothing wrong with this river call.
Looks ok, but I'd prefer a pre-flop 3-bet, and you can make an argument for a turn raise as well. I'd lean turn on the call though more than not. It would be helpful if we had BB's stats, as MP looks like a likely fish.

Dont we want a polarized range vs early position on the button? I think KQs fits alright into our calling range (too bad to 3b for value, too good to 3b as a bluff). Would you recommend not having a flatting range on the button and a linear 3b range instead?
