Turned Flush Facing Raise From Tight Player

Turned Flush Facing Raise From Tight Player

2 NL

I haven't played in about a year and I am just getting back into things. I have 1k hands with this player all from over a year ago.

V's stats my have changed but I have him tagged as a rec 33 / 4 / 3

Given that this player is so tight and I wouldn't expect him to ever have a bluff or semi-bluff are we raising smaller, jamming, or just calling the turn.

I don't know if a nit would fold 2 pair or something like that here and I don't want to push him off a big hand.

jam seems fine, well played.
No reason to call as you might lose value on some runouts and also no reason to raise smaller

Your opponent is unlikely to have any low equity bluffs and their sizing suggests they will go with the hand. A lot of rivers that they can check back on too if you just call.

Generally the more low equity bluffs your opponent has, and how locked up your have the board (top set on a dry board for instance), the more you should slow play.
