create an account at swcpoker. no ID required. email address required
play freerolls
download a free Bitcoin wallet, Electrum or Multibit
look at localbitcoins.com for a dealer near you. pay cash
and/or sign up with ID and bank account to buy bitcoins at at circle.com or coinbase.com
avoid sending Bitcoins directly to/from circle or coinbase, send to your wallet first, they like to avoid "gambling" sites, don't force them
