Whilst I appreciate you looking into this, all that's been done is I have had the cash value of my £220 ticket issued to me. I've checked my tickets, and also checked the $1k sat for the $12k package this week and have received neither.

At bare minimum I should have been awarded the prize pool for the satellite, and technically given the clear wording on the satellite I should have been registered to the £1k sat.

I kindly request you review this and provide a more fair

Just want to repeat what I posted earlier. The satellite didn't have a guarantee, and didn't reach the minimum number of entrants required to award a seat. I appreciate that you had a bad experience and I wanted you to reward you for helping to fix this issue for future participants, I feel the amount given was reasonable.

I'm quite sure that you could post a few carefully edited screenshots or messages that would make us look bad, or perhaps even share some stats from the dodgy software that got you banned. But ultimately, you are a cheater, you cannot be trusted, and I'm sure that smart people will see right through you.

So from now only the v2 is available for the download from the site?
V2 has at the moment very big bugs, please leave the possibility to use both versions until this bugs are fixed.

The ones using the HUD (LongPanda was one of them) was many months ago, so it's not that.

Can you please share which version you're using and ideally provide a screen recording or screen shot so I can see what you mean and pass this on? It's very surprising that you're experiencing slowness.


This new version is so tilting. First wait months for it and then it´s worse.
At first it seemed promising because my laptop didn´t start screaming when I opened the client. No, that started after I opened tables. So a little improvement.
Opening tables was wild. I have two screens, first table opened normally but the rest in a way where maybe 10% of the table was visible, hiding behind the different corners of my screen.
Adjusting table size? Forget it. 1 mm move with my mouse was 1cm move for the table and I mean 1cm at once. And with a lag obv.
And just the action on the table, super laggy and blocky. There´s like a minilag on all the time, for ex you raise and get 3 consecutive folds and a call, it´s not fold, fold, fold, call. It´s you raise, 3-4 sec freeze follows, and then the flop appears. And that was it all the time, not sure if it´s the auto actions doing it.

I played about 20 min before I had to stop.


Alex the version is 2.0.19, I recorded a 7 minutes video, gonna send it via pm, not sure it really gives the idea of how slow it is. But trust me this is a couple step s back compared to the 1.8.9 version we were playing until today.

New update run great on my super old laptop. Doesn't crash the lobby anymore when closing a table.

Is there an option to let me use the previous version? This is ridiculous how the app went from laggy to now crashing completely and unplayable. I rather a bit of lag than this.

Another thing I noticed, the table doesn´t pop up anymore when it´s your turn to act so the bell is ringing constantly.


Okayyy so I think let's give it a try new version can't be that bad, these guys are professionals.

5 minutes in the session I open a table, see that I can't join it, close the table POOF the whole software closes with other tables I have hands on.

I love the games you offer and am very grateful for everything WPT Global, but Jesus Christ your software is bad. It's been unbelievably bad for many years, and the day a great new update is supposed to clean that up, it's released in an unplayable version.

Now what do I do with my day? Go outside? See family and friends? Cook healthy meals? Goddamnit I pay you guys thousands and thousands in rake so I don't have to do these things, can we at least get something playable ��


Alex, after fiddling with the app, I found out the error is the app can't run with a external monitor on macOS which forces the app the close. It runs perfectly fine without a external monitor. Please tell the team to fix the issue

Given my goal is to try and win the $1k sat all that has been done here is provided me either an option to have my original ticket as cash or take another spin at a $220 satellite I already won.

That is neither rewarding nor reasonable given:

- The errors on WPT's side
- The expectation set by the site within the satellite description
- Lack of T&C's covering the error on your end
- Time I've invested playing out the satellite
- Time taken following up trying to resolve this
- Your conclusion means I've used a $220 satellite ticket to win $220 cash
- The site inherits the remaining prize pool benefit by giving the 2 players who were knocked out another $220 feeder ticket.

I would really rather not have to go through the hassle of taking this to arbitration given that's time away from me playing or studying, but it's crystal clear on my end you are providing the absolute minimum to me here to try and resolve this.


i'd like to see wpt revenues for like 6 months and compare it with 2023 ones and then i'll fire the guy who took the ai separate tables decision


The new update is not feeling good at all.

It is super yanky, stuttery and laggy. I had no issues on the old version but this feels like a big downgrade. Re-sizing tables is really really bad, its stuttering in the window like my computer is having a seizure.

I also had a visual bug where I open from Button, get 3b from Smallblind, and then flop comes. I am then first to act. I checked in the replayer and apparently I was in CO and SB was actually Button. So everything visually was 1seat off.


Bugs so far for me

- Client closing fully when I exited one table using the 'X' button
- Table not closing when clicking 'X' + no prompt
- Button not moving to next player HU, but action continued as normal.
- When I have a player profile open I can't select the action buttons without closing profile.

Apart from those the client is running smoothly for the most part, with lag here and there.

The bugs I found:

- Software goes extremely laggy when I open 3rd/4th table. System freezes for 5 to 10 seconds in every table until the new one is fully loaded (in that timeframe is very likely that someone takes your spot). So it's extremely hard to find a 4th table to play most of the time beacuse of this. But I assume this is not a priority for WPT since this only affects regs.
- When oppening a new table, it's located in the same spot where you open the previous one, which is problematic. New tables should be opened in the spot where WPT Global lobby is located (as it always was, at least for me)
- System does not rember your default starting stack.

The rest of the time, the software works fine for me. Is just problematic when I open a new 3rd/4th table.

I hope in the future you implement some functionality to make reg playeres feel comfortable when playing at your site. Adding a waiting list button could resolve many situations that have been discussed here.

Button issue is happening everything from HU, short handed , to 8 max.


My bugs:
- soft is extremely slow and laggy after I open the 2nd or 3rd table, it´s almost impossible to sit at the 3rd and 4th table because it takes forever to open the table and by the time the table opens, the seat is already taken
- I have to triple-click the button to make the action (I lost numerous pots when I clicked the button and nothing happened). At first I thought its my connection, but its stable with 40/10mb speed
- And many other small bugs, but if we stack them all together it's frustrating

Yeah no joke, how do you launch a product thats worst than your previous one...


Appreciate the feedback guys - I've passed it all on to our engineering team.

They have asked that if possible when you make a bug report here, you also provide your user ID (either what is shown at the tables, or the numerical identifier in the 'Profile' section). That way we can associate your report with specific logs, which will help us to resolve your issue.

For those of you reporting lag - please ensure you don't have 'Energy Saver', 'Low Power Mode' or anything similar turned on on your device. So far we've only been able to replicate the lag concerns when this is the case.
