[PartyPoker] Ex-Official thread

The latest version of the PartyPoker software will be released tomorrow morning and will bring with it the following new features:

• Tournament lobby information will be available in the chat window. In MTTs you will be able to see:

 Chips in Play
 Largest Stack
 Smallest Stack
 Average Stack
 Your Position
 Next Break
 Time bank balance

• In STTs you will be able to see:

 Chips in Play
 Largest Stack
 Smallest Stack
 Average Stack
 Your Position
 Time bank balance

• Anonymous HU tables where both you and your opponent’s real screen name and the Avatar will be anonymous; a pseudonym screen name will be displayed. These are in addition to our current HU offering.

• Fold and Show feature allowing players to reveal one or both of their hole cards after folding in a situation when a hand has been won uncontested.

• Rabbit Hunt – once enabled this allows players to see what the next card to be dealt would have been, in situations where a hand is completed after the flop or the turn.

• Our pro players will now be highlighted on the tables where they are playing. You will be able to spot a pro player as they will have a chip icon on their avatar.

We also have a new version of the Gladiator promotion which will begin from 1st November.

Not too bad at peak times from what I've seen between 6pm- 11pm GMT. I am concerned though that they use anonymous tables which is why I don't play much cash games there. Right now at 3.40pm GMT there are 8 25NL tables, 4 50NL full tables, 6 100NL tables running.

I didn't know the games are anonymous. Do you mention it because of bots right?

I can't verify the existence of them but yes that would be my concern and we cannot watch the tables either although if you click on table and don't buyin it remains open but harder to see. All this just weakens my trust in it and I am not going to wait until I am fleeced before I learn the lesson.

Sorry maybe a misinterpretation of what I was saying, tables are anonymous only while watching but once you post a blind it shows names, apologies if I confused you.

oh it's ok. Anyways, I was about to download the software for giving it a try only to see that it's no longer available on my country since the last month.

It looks like Party could be axing the 24hr round the clock freerolls as they have disappeared from my lobby. Can anyone else playing here confirm if this is true?

If it is true hopefully they replace them with something just as entertaining.
