Sharkscope has stopped tracking WPN MTTs and SnGs starting at some point in the morning (EST) of 8/1.

Occasionally, over the years, Sharkscope has stopped tracking on any particular site for a day or so for some kind of server update or whatever, but this time it's been like 3 full days. I wonder if it'll be permanent.

I have emailed Sharkscope support about this. They replied that they are aware of the issue, and are trying to resolve it as soon as they can.

I have wondered this about it, though - when this same issue has happened in the past, are all of the missing games that took place during the intervening period eventually added to the results, or will only new results appear once it has been fixed?

On their site, there is a section called “report a missing tournament,” but the drop down menu has no option for the WPN network, so not sure how to notify them using that method.

I was so hopeful that this last update was going to fix the waitlist issue.

All we got was that stupid javascript error and the ability to stack tables which probably nobody wants.

Anyone having any issues with withdrawal speeds lately? Recently I’ve had no problems getting ltc typically within 20 minutes. I withdrew about 11 hours ago and haven’t seen anything. The confirmation email said to contact them at [email]noreply@digitalexchange.eu[/email] ifI have any issues. I assume that isn’t correct but I’ve done it and still nothing.

Withdrawal speeds have been hit and miss over the past 2 months. I can’t speak specifically for LTC tho.

played 2.4k hands today, this error came up at around 500 hands. everything was fine after i restarted the client, didn’t get any more errors.

Sharkscope is once again tracking WPN results, but all games that took place during the period of time it wasn't are missing (possibly as expected).

Does anyone have experience with re-tagging accounts?

I opened an ACR account 9 years ago to look at the client. I never deposited or played a hand, but my name is attached to the account.

If I'd like to play on ACR with an affiliate deal now. Is this possible in some way? Would it be possible on a different skin?

If you never deposited, you should have no problem getting rakeback. You are allowed 1 account per skin, but you can only have 1 skin open at a time.

I was lucky enough to win a Venom ticket (value 2,650$) last weekend and it shows as "valid until 5-Aug-2025) in the tickets lobby. Does this mean that I don't need to use it for the Venom Mistery Bounty Event from this month, and if I wish I can use it in the the next Venom event coming up in a few months time? I just want to make sure not to waste the ticket.

1. What is best referral code for ACR right now?

2. How long does it take to clear the $2000 100% first time deposit match?

I assume the fastest way would be to play blitz? How long would it take approximately at 1-2$ or 10c/25c?

3. How come when I have been looking at ACR lately for blitz only 1/2 or 10c/25c runs? Any particular reason why 50c/$1 or 25c/50c do not?

4. Overall how is the site in terms of traffic/long time viability playing for elite program vs 27% rake back deal?

having the problem, that colour labels and notes do not stick with players.
means when i start a new session most of my notes and labels are gone.

This happens to me too. They show up after a few rounds though.

I heard lots of bots were removed from ACR recently. Are cash games relatively safe again? 50NL - 200NL?

On BCP win11 after I take a note or change a setting my tiled tables move apart slightly. Not a big deal but a weird bug. Anybody else get this one?

Just have to keep your eyes peeled. IMO, they seem better recently. There is still bots, but there is on every site that exists.

anyone got a clue where the player notes file location is?

I think they store them online. When you log in from a different device, You still have access to them

So no way to import notes from one skin to another?

Settings > Gameplay > Uncheck 'Maintain table aspect ratio'
