Since WSOP locked their thread, why can't we have our own?
I am drawing a line between one method of cheating and another. You're gaining an unfair advantage using software that is not allowed. Whether or not you think it's dumb that the site doesn't allow tracking software is beside the point. If you use/used Holdem Indicator on WSOP in the past, you're a cheating scumbag.

I’m guessing you never played offshore or used an EFT or credit card moving money to or from any poker site in the US after 2006. That would have been a violation of UIGEA and you clearly have higher morals than to violate a federal statute if the idea that automating something every player does to some degree offends that much.

Still not seeing it. Admitting to using a HUD isn’t admitting to cheating. I’m guessing WSOP actually got serious about enforcing this with the new software which solves the issue for you. But before this, they clearly didn’t care.

You don’t see an issue with something being against TOS and state law in NV, and using it while others you are competing against are abiding by the rules?

Exactly the only proof I have is the initial email from the old software and the random email out of the blue saying my bankroll has been returned to my (old?) account that nobody has access to.
I don't want to risk getting my account banned like John Mehaffey did for reporting them to GCB so I just have to bend over and take it until they pay
I finally received funds from my old account to new one. I used the built in chat this afternoon and requested they escalate the issue then got the funds a few hours later.
No. None of the indicators work. I emailed them two days ago and no response so far.

So you emailed them saying that you're not able to CHEAT with the new software?

Maybe it's been said already, but they really need to add an "Are you sure you want to exit?" when you close the whole program and are in games. Right now it just closes the program and all of your tables.

Doing these things you mention is not even in the same ballpark as CHEATING other players! What was and is your screen name so I know never to play with you.
So, after rebooting today and loading as administrator, I had no freeze ups today and was better than ever.
BUT, every single time I log in, all my settings are back to default, including my custom bet buttons, and I don't lose my notes or color codes but it adds the default note for each color into my notes and that never shows up when I originally make the color code for the first time.
The people that were saying load as admin, are you experiencing this setting loss every time?
Should I be able to pick up the cash? I requested a cage cash out at the Harrah's on May 29th at 10PM PST. I didn't received a confirmation email that the cash is ready. However, when I logged in today to see the withdrawal status, I see that the cash has been transferred successfully yesterday June 3rd around 4PM PST. FWIW I didn't have to send in any documents to verify my ID when recreating a new account/during cashing out. Additionally, I don't have the option to reverse withdrawal. I don't

I tired this today for the first time and played for almost 2.5hrs with no freezes or crash and didn't notice any other changes to my settings. Though I do have a friend who said he's been running it in admin mode since it launched and it still crashes a bunch for him... so who knows I guess, but I'm gonna keep trying it.

Went to Harrahs where I requested the cage cash out. The cashier was not able to find my cash out request. She checked both my new and old screen names. She was able to find the old screen name but not the new screen name. I guess the cash is sitting somewhere in this mess.

Oh, they changed the font of player names to white!
Instead of going through the bonus section to look at rewards. Click your avatar and then My Account and then My Rewards.
