Since WSOP locked their thread, why can't we have our own?
When we redeem our points for cash back it releases right away right, I see it added to my bankroll amount right away, but then what does the ‘wagering %’ and ‘expires in 90 days’ mean in regards to those?
The deposit bonuses on the other hand aren’t added to bankroll right away right? They need to be completed before being released right?
I can confirm that the deposit bonuses are not added right away, they need to be unlocked and get added to your bankroll in increments as they are unlocked.
As for the RB point redemption, I've been wondering about that weird wording myself, but I have yet to even get the point redemption thing to work for me lol.
The point redemption process has been pretty tilting. I’m not able to access it on my phone or iPad. Like it just keeps loading. On my desktop I can access it but it takes like ~10 mins of me continually trying to get to the functioning redeem page by exiting and going back in. Eventually it’s there and I can redeem for cash
Oh snap I just found a way around my infinite spinning/loading loop when trying to redeem points. (this is for desktop only)
Try this if you also have issues:
1. Click your face/avatar in the lobby
2. Click "Redeem Online Caesars Rewards"
3. Wait til it sort of loads in the background but the red spinny wheel is still there.
4. Click "Personal Details" on the left side of the screen, this page should fully load fine, and the spinny red wheel will go away.
5. Click back into "my rewards" and it will insta fully load properly. At least it is for me. Have never even seen this page fully load before now.
i believe you can take your rakeback bonus to the tables but you cannot withdraw until you meet the playthorough
depo bonus you cannot take to the tables until it is released
Has anyone gotten feedback on the transfer of the old WSOP points? I had value of over $1k that just disappeared and not too happy about it.
Nevada player here. Has anyone in Nevada tried the MONEY bonus code for an additional 1000 dollar bonus? Does it work?
Did other players who used to play on the old WSOP.com get a new welcome bonus ? Support is telling me that should have been available even to existing players, I can't tell if they are full of it or not though.
If the answer is no I have a funny support story.

Other have mentioned it, but when you're in the lobby on the desktop version, click on your avatar in the upper left, then click My Account, then My Rewards, then Redeem and that usually avoids the frozen screens or the loading wheel.

Thanks for making this. If this is correct, it seems like the new rakeback is substantially better than the old system for cash game grinders. You get to max rakeback (40%) in just a few days, which is a 25% increase from Champions Club at 32% and you keep it for the remainder of the month. Plus, you have the (slim) possibility of hitting a decent payout on card strike. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
From a math perspective, the issue with this is that when you achieved Champions Club, you'd receive 32% rakeback the *entire* month. So I think to compare, you'd need to look at when you hit 32% of *cumulative* rakeback on the new system. Based on the spreadsheet, that happens at level 228. Whereas at level 84 you start to earn 40% rakeback but you've only received 18% rakeback so far.

Thanks for adding to this. It will definitely be better for some and worse for others depending on how much volume you play. For me personally, and I think many cash game regs, the new system is better.

Was there a specific payment method that you used for the MONEY code? Do you think that paypal would work?
I just made a deposit but of course my WSOP client is bugged and cant show bonuses. I tried to reinstall and it didnt work unfortunately. I hope the bonus worked, but I have no way to tell (lol).
I noticed in NJ 888 casino is changing to hard rock bet I guess doesn't effect the poker in NJ or nv right?

Yeah, its not impacting anything that crucial. I can't redeem rakeback, or see if the bonus code worked for my deposit. But I'm sure itll fix itself eventually.
Anyone else having the issue where they try to access the cashier and it just goes to a blank page which when refreshed is an error page?
You should be able to go into your "bonus" in the client and see your bonus. It'll look something like this below.

Hmm - I'm Michigan. Have you gone in and cleaned out the old install folders really well? I'm not sure where WSOP was prevously installed for NJ / NV, but maybe there are some lingering files causing issues. Might be good to do a full un-install. Delete all the folders, reboot your computer and then install the new software.
Just spit-ballin' here...dunno if it'll actually help.
