It always shows some kind of error until it's the correct time of day to actually spin and then it works. It seems the first week or 2 I was getting 2 spins a day, but lately 1 spin a day.

I got hooked up with a 25 seat Main event scramble ticket worth $215 from a drawing on a $55 tournament I was in, had about a 2% to hit and did, they paid me back by brutalizing me multiple times in the $400 bracelet event last night. lol

The reason for the 2 spins into 1 is because everyone starts with 7 free spins, and then when you first deposit you get 14 more. But you can only use 1 from each "batch" of spins per day. So for example if you deposited day 1, 7 days of 2 spins followed by 7 days of 1 spin.

(I also got lucky and got a free entry into the scramble from the player appreciation drawing)

Also I haven't had the performance/lag issues most people seem to be having however, I do continue to find the color of peoples tag/notes changing randomly. It's not happening to everyone I tag , but it is definitely happening.

When I play on my IPad specifically there’s a cool tag feature where I can tag someone with a fish, donkey, whale, shark, etc. Then a little bubble is beside them with the picture of the tag. But for some reason it’s not like that on my desktop. For that it’s just the color around the circle of the player. I prefer the tag on the iPad for sure. Wish there was a way to turn it on for desktop

Yea, Iphone/Ipad has the actual Fish, shark ,etc. marks like the old software, but not desktop now.

Are notes taken on desktop seen on Ipad/Iphone and vice versa?

Also, if you are on desktop and need to switch to Iphone, you just log in on Iphone and it brings up your current table and shuts down the desktop software at the same time?

All running tournaments just got cancelled.

Yeah everything got cancelled and payed out, future stuff still showing, we'll see how the rest of the night goes.

That's weird because I just got sat for $320, but there was a wonky ass delay....

Yeah it happened maybe 5-10 minutes before the circuit event started

Must have happened just when satellite ended cause I didn't notice til I was about to get seated and then it glitched out.

It's not affecting tournaments that started at 4pm PST. they are running.

What happens, even split of the money between the players left, or based on chip stack?

How many tables do you have open at a time? Have you tried 6+ tables for an extended period?

Yeah I run 6-8 all the time no problem, watching streams at the same time etc

I was miss-paid today in a BLAST tourney and filed a complaint. $10 tourney, x10 multiplier, but when I won I was only credited $80. Support said they'd review but I was basically blown off.

The worst thing about it is there is no way for the player to confirm from their play history what they were supposed to win. It stands out on a 5x win, but if a 3x turned in a 2x, the players have no way of verifying. Taking the games down eventually is a good sign, but I will be filing a complaint with the gaming commission since there is no way to confirm is anything WSOP tells me is true.

So far support has not responded to any of my messages over the last two weeks, so I will be informing as many players as I can as to what is happening.

I envy your disconnection problems because mine have been brutal and support does not answer emails. Yesterday I filed a complaint with tourney and hand IDs where everyone on both tables disconnected at the same time and the Sit Back In buttons were non-responsive. It is not just on the player's ends if everyone is disconnecting at once.

I play very few blasts but on the old site when you hit the higher prize pools some of the money would go to places other than first. Are you sure the prize pool on the 10x said it was all going to first ?

He clicked over to the michigan one at the top of the page, that page isn't updated 100% it seems as it still has seperate sections for 3 different sites. But we are all on the michigan version of the software now, so it fits with with that blast payout being the correct one.

Thanks for the help before I blew my top even more. It would be nice if they posted correct information or had support who could answer basic questions. My fault for thinkings this was a 5x $20 and not a 10x $10 or I'd have gotten to the answer myself.

So... thats a good question, and no one would have any idea, but here's my speculation:

Im in NV. When i heard we were gonna merge, since i play all games on the site including studs, the limit games, and PLO/8 in addition to NL and PLO... I downloaded the Michigan client simply for the purposes of seeing what game types were available on the client to which we were supposedly "switching".

At that time, there was only (as far as i could tell) NL and PLO. There was no PLO/8. So, they clearly made a conscious decision to add PLO/8, but leave out all of the limit games (stud, stud/8, limit hold 'em and limit O/8). It seems like, to me, if that's the case, they've made a decision to ditch everything else, and I'd be surprised if they added them back.

I wish if they do bring back limit games, they can add mixed games and OFC.

I wonder why they don't have the Omaha 8 and stud 8 cash games back. last year during the series it ran everyday . from ,3-6 to 20-40 . it's so dumb that in 2024 we can't have that. I wonder if it's a regulatory issue in Michigan and now can't have it because it's merged. same reason we could not have razz in jersey because it's not allowed.

Are the payouts worse than before on here? The pay jumps seem completely off. Anyone else agree? I was in a 30-dollar tourney and the pay jump was like a buck until the final table lol!
