how long do paypal withdrawals generally take?

They used to be super fast on the old site, usually 2-3 days if it wasn't near the weekend. It's been closer to a week minimum on the new client

Have you found a solution yet? I've been having lagging/crashing issues as well. I don't know if it's a hardware issue because I have a pretty decent rig. Well I thought I did.

That's strange. Play+ and Cage are almost instant on the new client for me.... and used to take 48-72 hours on the old one.

No solution. Just have found that it isn't a hardware issue after all. Tried it on multiple high end PCs/Laptops. Same issue on all. The software is just extremely unstable at certain points. What I have found personally is 8 tables is the max I can play. If I open up a 9th, crashes occur within minutes. 10 for me, it's almost instant crash. I still have crashes with 8 tables but its more every 15-30 minutes. Then I just restart client and resume on all tables. Only now, I have to top off manually on all my cash tables over and over again (another software glitch post crash). So 2-3 crashes every hour or so. It's terrible but I'm trying to grind bonuses and rakeback, so only thing I can do atm.

Looked through 6 pages without an answer.

Got the email to open new account today. No mention of WTF happened to my old account and its BR. Pathetic.

What protocol do these clowns have to restore my $$$?

So, it appears you have two options at this point. Register a new account before July 31st.... and wait up to (7) business days for all money, tickets, and points to transfer.... or register a new account after July 31st and have all money sent to your address on file with your old account.

It appears that to collect whatever money you had in your old account you MUST register a new account, either way. That seems strange, and I would imagine, if challenged, its likely not compliant with NGC regulations. They can't hold your money hostage and force you to open a new account to collect the money which is rightfully yours and NOT contingent upon you giving them further business. But obviously, the path of least resistance is to not challenge them.... cause that never tends to end well for the amount of energy it takes, obviously.

Yes, another way is to just click on your personal avatar picture. Then click My Account. Then Redeem. Everything works that way for me without issue.

Do player levels reset at the beginning of the month?

“The old software was effectively impossible to change in many ways. The new software can be updated.

It still requires gaming approval and the usual software building problems, but all the current bugs are on top of their current list to fix.

Crash issues and sound issues, mobile button placement, all high priority fixes and are being worked on.

And any bug sent to their Twitter or support will be added to list of things to be worked on. As well as things that were sent to me.”

Glad they’re aware and it’s of their top priorities. We’ll see how long it takes to fix though..

Has anyone reached level 700?
It seems you can not redeem anymore rakeback.

I’m no where close to 700 but that would be crazy if true. Hopefully someone can clarify on here.

I got stuck on 700 last week and I thought it was a glitch. Support has told me they will look into this but I havent heard anything back.

Does anyone know what the rake is in the plo cash games? If you go to their site, they show rake for plo games including 2/4 and 3/6. They havent had those games in years, so I'm sure its very outdated information. Caesars is on top of things as usual.
