Logged in today and my bankroll had about 5 buy ins missing from when I logged off Saturday. Wtf...

I just had same issue. It’s almost like they’re doing everything they can to tell you not to play on their site.

Did it come back? I've had this issue where a buy in or two was missing while i was playing, it was pretty scary, but then it would come back after few mins.

If I close a cash table without waiting to sit out first, then that money usually takes 5 or 10 minutes to show back up in my bankroll.

It's crazy how they can charge so much rake and get away with "bugs" like this.

Yesterday I had two outs on river when software froze, I sign back in my balance is at a number where I think I hit the two outer, two minutes later my balance goes to where I did not hit the river. It just never seems to end with this software, least I’ve ever grinded during a wsop in my lifetime by a mile.

so after the update last week, my first session was fine...was 4 tabling, no problems, no lags, it was great.

But that's the only session like that I had. Ever since, the lagging issues are still the same and I'm unable to play more than 2 tables. Even as an administrator.

So rakeback on here isn't immediate rakeback right? They're bonuses you can redeem and still have to clear?

Number but maybe just mis remembered the number. Pretty wild if thats all you can recieve, but I think you might be right for now

It seems its just you have to clear it or play through or whatever it would be called but it happens super fast. It seems to stack on top of your normal bonus as well and they clear at the same time. So actually pretty reasonable. It can be annoying constantly having the popups that you reached a new level and having to then go redeem the points every now and then but I guess it probably keeps recs interested. Like leveling up in a game.

Not sure if anyone knows answer, but maybe. So what is the deal with no deal making? This is new software so I would have thought it would be in there. Are they opposed or it just didn't make it?

It seems like the software either has the capability or will at some point. Because in the lobby of every MTT theres a specific spot for info on whether or not that MTT has deal making, and they all say "Final table deal making is not allowed". But they are just choosing not to enable it or something.

I'm froze at level 701 as well, no more points being counted , no rakeback.

I just played a session from level 715-738 and earned a normal amount of points and redeemed it for $. I didn't contact them about the issue before hand, so maybe it's fixed?

One week later and the same problems still exist. I cannot play WSOP on Windows.

Same took a pic before I started playing. Played for 4 hours, and all my rewards points were the same before I started.

Wow shocked at the level of people still having issues. I quit WSOP online after the merge after playing ~30 hrs a week for the last 2 years. The amount of negative changes made me say F*ck wsop.

I just came to the thread to see if it was still having problems and I'm shocked it's still this bad.

This glitch is so brutal, has cost me at least 400 in rakeback already

**** havent deposited on wsop yet. went to deposit the 1k and reg the 100k freeroll and read in the lobby "deposit with code by jun 26 to get freeroll ticket" for a freeroll on the 28th. LOL WSOP got me again.

Does anyone else randomly get the unable to verify location popup in the middle of play? Like I'll be playing for hours and then it pops up and kicks me off all tables. I can restart which fixes it, but I lose all my seats.

Just lost a dream seat deep stacked vs a spewing whale. LMK if anyone has found a fix for this!

I depostied mid session the other day and the geo-location kicked me off all my tables. First time getting kicked off so probably related.
