When I look at the yearly win/loss report it is underrepresenting my true earnings. It looks like it doesn't include deposit bonuses or rakeback, which should be included in taxable income.

Does anyone know a good way to extract the RB/Bonus information from another report?

Fwiw I do know the exact amount that I made since I track balances, deposits, and withdrawals to the penny. But it would be nice to have this report as 100% concrete backup in case I was ever audited. I do also logs of each session.

Are there any table managers/betscripts that work with the new software?

I haven't looked at the yearly report yet, but there is stuff you can do with the account statment. Convert the pdf to an excel file and then you can filter transactions to bonuses. That will show you both rakeback and monthly bonuses. It even includes the 30 cent tickets I got from spins.

You have to cut off everything above the transaction group row in order to filter, but here is a sample of what the bonuses would look like:

Thanks to stevenmadara's suggestions, I went further and used to chatgpt's help to creat a table that displays my days played in total won/lost.

Do you know when this promo is expiring? And do you have to finish summer2024 promo before using this promotion?

Any indication on a timeframe for software improvements? Freezes up for me now more than ever, and the tables occasionally reappear blurred (pic attached), which never happened before. Notes work on some tables, but not others, color schemes flipflop. The overall experience is worse than when they first relaunched. I've turned off card strike, as that seemed to be causing some freezes, but then it just crashes whenever I try to open the hand replayer.
Ever seen anything like this?

Software improvements are awaiting approval from Gaming Control. No timeframe given. The tournament schedules are supposedly being revamped, according to Ryan Laplante, who has contact with WSOP management. This will likely happen in September. It’s possible that the new tournament schedule will coincide with the software update. They’re just waiting for approval first.

The daily MTT guarantees have been dropping. Number of avg Cash tables seem to be lower of late. They really need to do something with software improvements/better guarantees to entice more/new players or players to come back. Doesn’t look good right now.

No idea when the promo is expiring.

You can use the code while still working on the summer24 promo. It will show in your account, but you have to finish clearing the $400 bonus before you can start clearing the $1k.

You mean they will have payouts that make sense, and not ridiculous small/flat jumps until you get close to the final table?

Careful activating two bonuses at the same time. I did the Welcome Bonus then the reload bonus and both timers started that day, giving me less time to achieve the Reload bonus. I think best way to go is wait until the last day of the bonus window to activate the latest one. Gives you the most time to get through both if you have multiple bonuses.

Just tried 100WSOP and it didn't work. More run bad for me. It would be nice to win an all in with over 70% equity. Lost 7 all ins today with anywhere from 70-95% equity.

Why the hell would a code work for some and not others?? I already cleared the AUGUST24.

Regarding freeze ups, I always reach a point in my session when I open a new table and the background is solid black. I then know it's about to freeze and crash so at that point I sit out so I don't get in any big spots and start clicking buttons to expedite the freeze up and close out the client. Such a huge pita.

Really punting the mtt merge, wsop vegas alone had a great lineup of 30's w r/a full of recs chasing a 3k payday, plenty of 1k up top and sundays w 50 r/a with 3-5k up top nothing in that range approaches that anymore its really disappointing

Yep, it was better before the merge in many ways. Not sure how they can screw it up this badly. Bad software, questionable customer service. No communication with players about upcoming improvements. Players in MI/NJ have other options. BetMGM NV can’t get here fast enough.

I know this is the online poker sites section of the forum, but if you are living in Vegas... we have plenty of live action still if the WSOP site crashes and burns.

What is scary is the cheaters who are not lazy and don’t use gtowizard and build their own database to cheat with.

Always blows my mind how dumb and lazy these cheaters are.

I got a new computer and went to download the WSOP software and the download fails with Virus Detected. Tried multiple browsers and get the same result. Anybody know anything about this?

You have to disable your virus protection until you get it installed and then turn it back on.

100WSOP bonus code did not work for me either

Awesome, thanks man. That report does seem to file rakeback and bonuses under bonuses - so that should work perfectly.

Unrelated question - is 888caption a widely recognized / legitimate program as a hand counter tool for WSOP.com? I would like to be able to keep track of my volume, but am very wary of downloading anything on my poker PC.
