I would All-in... should almost never be AQ as it should 3B pre


3bet 10 on 138 hands is a useless info, the only hands he may play in this way are Q9s and TT maybe JT the only bluff combo could be Q8 of spades. versus this range you have 70% equity here, so at the end jamming could be a good move here because his range is uncapped. But let wait some other comment
