Is x/c, x/c, donk pot ever a bluff?

Is x/c, x/c, donk pot ever a bluff?

Question for all you folks who have either
1) Done some MDA and looked at this spot,
2) Have been bold enough to call multiple times when they take this line
or 3) Have been lucky enough to have had the nuts when they do it.

At micro stakes, fish or bad regs often flat the PFR or 3bet OOP pre then x/c flop and turn, only to donk pot or even overbet jam river. Especially when the FD or other draw completes. I always just fold so wondering if anyone knows whether they are ever taking this line with a bluff?

This is the sort of hand I'm talking about:

PokerStars Zoom, Hold'em No Limit - $0.02/$0.05 - 6 players
Hand delivered by Pokeit

UTG: $5.00 (100 bb)
MP: $10.60 (212 bb)
CO: $3.58 (72 bb)
BU (Hero): $5.12 (102 bb)
SB: $14.19 (284 bb)
BB: $3.81 (76 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.07) Hero is BTN with J A
UTG calls $0.05, 2 players fold, Hero raises to $0.20, 2 players fold, UTG calls $0.15

Flop: ($0.47) 3 A J (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.34, UTG calls $0.34

Turn: ($1.15) T (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.83, UTG calls $0.83

River: ($2.81) 2 (2 players)
UTG bets $3.63 (all-in), BU (Hero) folds

Total pot: $2.81 (Rake: $0.12)
UTG wins $2.69

Another example, slightly more interesting as this time it's vs a 16/12 reg, is less than pot, and we have a stronger hand:

PokerStars Zoom, Hold'em No Limit - $0.02/$0.05 - 6 players
Hand delivered by Pokeit

UTG: $6.33 (127 bb)
MP: $8.73 (175 bb)
CO: $4.72 (94 bb)
BU (Hero): $5.00 (100 bb)
SB: $5.23 (105 bb)
BB: $6.05 (121 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.07) Hero is BTN with 9 T
1 fold, MP raises to $0.10, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.10, 1 fold, BB calls $0.05

Flop: ($0.32) Q 6 8 (3 players)
BB checks, MP checks, Hero bets $0.23, BB calls $0.23, MP folds

Turn: ($0.78) 4 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.90, BB calls $0.90

River: ($2.58) J (2 players)
BB bets $1.85, BU (Hero) folds

Total pot: $2.58 (Rake: $0.11)
BB wins $2.47

I am not sure about the X/C-X/C-Donk line but the Total Donks on the River looks value-heavy

I haven’t looked, I can try to look deeper another time. I would not recommend looking up draw completing rivers tho

Usually just fold.

In my experience, skews pretty heavily towards value in low stakes especially. I posted a few river spots with similar action and the actual villain hand results in a spoiler if you want to see what they were holding in similar (thought not exactly the same in every hand) lines.
