Hand selection is bit random. Usually solever will raise nut draws so FD or QT, if you are raising naked draws its at least with blocker to FD( so you can bluff when flush gets there).
If you think he is super capped and you are trying to exploit that river sizing is too small.

Agree 100%, I think is best to play check call OTT ( or only bet to see River). Yes as played OTT, that is a mistake, I think that OTR o have to bet 150% or push to polarize because There are 1000 busted draw and he have many Bluff Catchers
I believe a 2/3 turn bet
yeah I think it's better to just lead turn once he checks flop. Get him to fold out overcards better Ax, underpairs etc.
XR is probably ok if we have the minerals to smash it in on good rivers. This isn't a good river though. And a PSB is usually good odds for BCs after draw-chasing activity so we should have small (b25) and large (2x pot+) sizings instead i think. Small picks up everything that won't call large (but could check back) and large punishes (hopefully lower) sets and 2p (and gives us more bluffs)
PSB might be good exploitatively with thin value (2p+), but that's because we're hoping to get overcalled.
He have 77, but yes I dont like too much my check raise turn, better to bet turn or check call too
