You can even fold this PF at nl50 rake esp when he 3bets from BB. If he is not a reg then depends on what kind of 3betting range we are looking at.
Turn easy fold. You can jam flop if you know for sure his value hands bet some other sizing or he would check them.
Yeah I like fold pre for the reasons stated above. His first 3bet in 40 hands + PFR of 15% would suggest he's not getting out of line here. Also 3bets over 4x ISO's are tighter than over regular BTN opens.
Yeah would call pre based on that. Would still fold turn though - Enough Ax/flushes + with the SPR you will find more merges that beat you too. There is a certain class of late Saturday night maniac who if I call flop I close my eyes and call all turns, but I wouldn't say that covers most aggro fish.
