What range would you put them on? Once you have the range you can plug it into an equity calculator tool and you will know if you have to call or not.
I would put only 1 combo of AA in their range (it's unlikely they play it like that), 2 combos of KK (still unlikely, but maybe), AKo, AKs, QQ-88, AQo and AQs.
With so little dead money in the pot, I don't know if the gamble is worth it.
Bwah, this is the only spot where I'd be happier to have QQ than AK (tho blockers are sweet).
I've seen fish doing this with pocket pairs as low as 44. Against the following range: AQ+, 66+ we win 40% of times and tie 13.5% of times. If we add AJ then we win 45% of times. But that's already optimistic.
With QQ we'd crush their lower pp-s but alas we have AK.
Presumably they do this more often with their monster hands than with sixes.
Calculate rake as well, we have to put 95bb-s into the pot to actually only win a 191bb pot instead of a 201bb pot, aren't we?
So it's a sad FOLD.
A pure 3-bet all-in out of the blue for more than 75BB was annoying to filter for.
(Raised Preflop Any 2Bet) AND (Faced All-In Preflop) AND (NOT (Third Preflop Action Any Action)) AND (Hands Went to Showdown) AND (Sizes Calculated in Big Blinds Preflop Action Faced With Size 3Bet Preflop Between 75 and 200)
But got one KQo so I would say to call if say villain has KK+, AQs+, KQs, AQo+, KQo.
