I like the turn play as I'm saying I have sets, 2P, some flush draws that would play the same way.
Wondering if giving up river was the right play? I think so given that Villain is on the tighter side and them calling the turn narrows their range considerably. I don't see them folding a hand like KQ or AK with a ♠ on the river let alone the flushes & sets they arrive there with.
What bluffs should I follow through with?
Was turn overbet a punt vs tight Villain?

Turn ob strategy is real, but not with your hand. Bottom pair has showdown value. Would rather have something with like JTss/67dd which has a lot of equity and can get better hands to fold (low pairs, AT/AJ, some Qx). We can check back bottom pair on the turn hoping to either get to showdown on the river against a non-pair hand that decided to float flop and didn't improve on the turn or river, bluffcatch against a bet, or value bet ourselves if we river 2p/trips.
You need to be selective about the combos you're choosing to put into the overbet line. You should be using nut-making semi-bluffs or nutted hands, of which A4cc is neither. Additionally, while you will have some sets/2p in your range, you're capped. There shouldn't be any KK/QQ/AK in your range and at best half the combos of KQ. 4 combos of 54s. 6 combos of sets with 55/44. The CO is uncapped and can have all of those hands and better. A4cc is also unblocking all the diamond and spade draws, so equity-wise you're in a pretty bad spot whenever you get called.
For bluffing on the river, I pick whatever combos have the least showdown in my range (for example 67dd) to shove and check some of the high cards draws with more showdown value expecting to usually lose. Make sure your overbet/check lines are balanced, otherwise you're lighting money on fire with your play.
I'd just 3b pre if i thought i had an edge. Any high freq barrel on a K is fairly dependent on us having the uncapped range so postflop is asking for trouble imo.
