Ugly KK Hand

Ugly KK Hand

Villain (BTN) 14/13 player, 3Bet 10, 4Bet 18 (for reference), no stats on folding to 4bets, 1.1k hands.

I put him on JJ+, AQ+, KQs. Was that too tight?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Should be an easy call river i think. Do you think villain really checks back stuff that beats you, twice?

I would probably cbet flop for small sizing.

I'd raise bigger preflop - with KK/AA I'd make it at least 3x the last raise so 24bb.

I'd cbet this flop, and definitely betting turn if flop gets checked back.

AP, we gave all cards for free but I guess we have to call. I don't think V has an Ace given he checked twice, but his FD might have gotten there.

Looks like a pretty straightforward fold considering this one of the worst hands you can possibly show up with here.

I see I should have cbet the flop as I had 42% equity against him on the range I put him on (~15bb?). I'm wondering if the fear of him having Ax made me range him to tightly.

EDIT: i think there's a good case for either call/fold/jam

4bet is too small
You should block bet at some point instead of turning your hand into a bluff catcher
