Another day another hand... villain mostly bet pot to bluff pot all the time, wanted to draw a flush as I know he's bluffing but I had nothing. Perhaps a fold and should wait another hand with good sd?

Your line doesn't make much sense, and you got very fortunate to be against a worse hand on the turn.
Raise more prelfop.. if you did this, you'd likely have it HU's. As played, you can't really Bet or XR flop, because you don't want to be blown off your draw, so once you XC you're only play on the turn is donk, which isn't horrible against a fish, or XC.
Your turn call is bad. You aren’t bluff catching; you are calling with a draw. Bluff catching requires a hand with some showdown value. Your hand (assuming you miss the FD) has none. The pot was 22.5bb after the flop. 22.5 plus your 73.5 raise plus villain’s bet of 151 makes 247bb total (ignoring rake). You called 77.5 to win this 247 which is 247:77.5 pot odds or about 3.19:1
You should be thinking you have 9 outs for the flush. Any 9 or 7 to make a pair is not likely to be a real out (or at least should be discounted). 9 outs with 46 cards left I’d 37:9 card odds, or just a bit over 4:1. Your pot odds are only 3.19:1 so it is a fold.
As freakdaddy said, your turn raise likewise is not good either. Just call the turn and don’t give villain the chance to shove. If he bluffs like you say you should get paid when you river the flush, and you save quite a bit of money when you miss.

Thanks for your feedback sir, why is it bad to bet flop or xr flop with bb blocking my pos? is it because the bb might have it? I understand multiway is hard and throwing money into the pot first isn't good.
if you were HU, how would u bet on the flop? big? since it was 3bet raised PF. In this case if I was checking and villain bets I can xc or xr (to tell a story).
What do you mean I am fortunate to have a worse card on the turn? Care to explain more on this? I am guessing that it is a lower card than my hand?

You don't want to bet or XR flop so you don't get blown off your hand with a low flush draw and gutshot. If you had an overcard and higher gutshot, it can become more reasonable, but w/ your specific hand you're playing to get money from a fish essentially.
If it was HU's then you'd just bet flop a normal amount.
You're lucky to have a better hand, because you're against a fish who is overplaying his hand.
And XCing the turn is fine here. Normally not something you'd want to do vs any regs, but you're playing vs a fish where your implied odds are multiplied.
