wouldnt bet too big preflop, causing others to fold.

In this case looks like UTG might have AK,KK,AQ,QQ,KQs JJs QJ and some TTs or lower.

u are blocking AK,AQ so higher chance of KK,KQ,QJ maybe some bluffs like 77s but they would have blasted during the flop.... low chance of QQs too.

I don't think 45s will be here so you are kinda safe from straight.

bonus: not sure if villain will call Q7,Q6 with that preflop raise. maybe Q6s will call your all in.

other than that I think u did good and let me know what was villains hand!

If he's aggro we want him to bluff then call off, so jam is overplay. Better min raise for giggles

Why an 8x 3 bet? Is that a thing in this game? It certainly isn’t standard sizing. Somewhere around 3.5x OOP is more typical, although with the deep stacks, maybe a bit larger is OK, but 8x still seems pretty big.

Anyway, AP flop is fine. With a potentially aggro villain, I could see calling the turn and checking to him otr, but I don’t think your play is too bad either. Your Ac is blocking flush draws, so villain is less likely to be bluffing here and actually have a hand with some SDV. For a normal player that probably would mean a check back otr is more likely, but if he is aggro enough to bet a hand like TT or JJ otr you might benefit from calling. Club rivers probably kill your action though (and put you in a bad spot if villain does bet).

I think I just talked myself into your turn jam. WP

Just wondering what he got that would call an 8x 3 bet?

u beat KK JJ other PP // KQ// AK //KJ

u dont beat QQ and &77 // (33 and 66) bluffs to call that high.

Yeah from my view it seems that you were afraid of cracked aces OTR, thanks sremba for highlighting out. But Ac is good on your side I wouldn't worry too much

V someone that loose I know you went big big but you could even argue to go bigger.

As played I'd be triple blocking and just be calling off to shenanigans. You can also just size up the turn as well.

I don't think it's badly played and just otn if he shows down 76o or whatever.
