I think SB here will have a T or some random spew like 99 (stats and non full stack point to a weaker player), sometimes they will have KT, but i think most of the time we chop or even win, so i guess gotta call.

Cool Take!

I was thinking I block bluffs like KT since I have TT. I was thinking if he has something like KJ ,AJ, JJ or QJ

maybe some lower set pairs.

They very rarely bluff in my opinion, very often have a T. Your huge KT blocker is not as nice as it seems.

I would still call because of the rare occurences where they bluff or overplay something you beat + you will split a lot anyway.

I would raise this preflop pretty much always in a fish environment. It’s easier to play, most sites rake postflop so EV is generated more efficiently by pushing equity harder pre. And overcalling leads to many tortuous scenarios like this. SB down to potentially overcall all KTo off here.

That said, nah.. not folding either. We don’t need to win most of the time, so this will be a cooler a lot. But it’s still more EV than overfolding vs someone playing so wildly. Wise man sayeth the truth behind cooler is you probably messed up earlier in the hand dude. I would jam turn AP, for example. But 3betting range pre is the real low hanging fruit tier shortcut imo.

Straight forward call. Expect the cost of splits to make up for the time your opponent bluffs and you outright win, offset by the occasional KT as well. But it's a +EV call by a good amount.

Thank you for all your inputs! Results shown below:

Does noone like a raise on the turn, given two flush draws?

Does noone like a raise on the turn, given two flush draws?

Good point! I should do that

1. I think I need to learn more on this where I should deny equity. I sometimes draw to see all 5 cards to drag and try to bet more (value) on river.
2. I sometimes raise or go all in when I should check, and then I don't win as much despite making a monster hand, they fold.

What worse hand calls though?

I think with low eff stack the ev is pretty similar shoving turn or calling.

Im thinking along the lines of:
Villain has either straights, bluffs (like flush draws) and random spew. I we reshove for pot, bluffs do not call, but if we just call, they might easily bluff river OOP. Similar stuff with spew like turned set. Basically i think if we shove, we only get called by stuff that is either ahead or has enough equity.

Very fair points mate. However, as villain is short stacked, I can see them committing with sets at these stakes.

Do we still call river big bet if one of 2 flushes complete? Realise we are IP but for me that is another reason to shove turn.

As Burkeman says, may well be close between call and raise
