BTN is not a reg.

I would bet flop and turn larger, or alternatively range check flop.

Not a fold, u raised very low on PF. i think btn has a J high, reraise or jam turn/river. Thats what i think hes trying to say anyway.

River is a quite marginal fold or call imo. Unfortunately on that spot u gotta decide if he got J9 or just TP.

I would x/r flop here.

Turn w/e, river probably close either way. AP i'd fold cos turn raise

in theory it is a rangecheck on that flop the bu will do very well here but in practice probably fine to have some bets but i think it should be with a clear reason why we bet for example if you would say i bet here myself small to induce him to cap his range as soon he calls because you think that population is not slowplaying enough nutted hands (wich is true imo) then bet fine but then we would need to take advantage onthe turn by overbetting and putting pressure on his very capped range.
As played when he raises the turn it looks very bluff heavy he has not enough nutted hands because he raises to much on flop therefore turn easy overbluff with hands like 66 67 65 etc. and even some overplay with AJ possbile.
With that range construction you reraising to a sizing on turn where you bring his straightdraw heavy range into a tricky spot is great i think reraise to like 40-45bb.
On rivers i would probably check and let him bluff on scare cards like A K Q and on lower cards that improve his range to straights i check fold.
As played easy check call river vs that range construction (him capping himself with calling small bet on flop )
That being said if you are unexperienced (micro stakes) i would recommend sticking to more simple startegys and more potcontroll type of plays oop. Just range check the flop and check call or check raise based on this sizing and overfold to most runouts when he goes b b b

Baluga Theorem suggests your hand is in bad shape on the turn.
