Top pair top kicker against capped range

Against a fishy villain, I think you're getting enough worse to call.

Against a villain that doesn't get out of line much, maybe 2/3 - 3/4 pot turn and be ready to call off a shove.

I think his range after he calls the check-raise on the flop is good top pairs plus high equity draws. Hands like nut flush draws and QK clubs are going to be inelastic on the turn and will call over a pot size bet. You also want him to call with hands like KJ and QJ which you have dominated and I think those hands will call one more bet around pot. Stack sizes getting to the river get awkward but I think a shove on the turn lets him get away from hands like KJ and QJ and you want those hands to call.

I would b50 turn and call off, x/folding any ♣, K or Q river if shoved

Alternatively, we could x/shove turn to target that same range.

I agree this is an overkill, I would just bet smaller and try to size up for a River shove, or even bet the River non-all in, it is a really dry board.

If he is a fish/whale I would pick a sizing that is on the bigger side, like B80 and if he is a reg I would keep betting small. He doesn't have that many hands that can call 3 streets here.

Just bet big enough not to give flush draws odds to call. I would also just cbet flop, unless he is super stab happy.
