All-In Poker By Pokerstars Graph Question

I've played about 100k hands between two stakes at the new all in or fold poker at pokerstars.
My question is if someone can help me understand why my all in adj line is so negative when my VPIP is relatively low for the field at around 14%. My understanding is that with a tighter range i would be expecting to be positive when i am all in and get to showdown although as a consequence i would lose more blinds compared to the field as i would be folding more.
After looking at the results i am pretty sure this is a rake trap, but im just having a hard time understanding my graph.
Thanks

You misunderstand what the 'all-in adj' line means.
The 'all-in adj' line tells you what your results would be if the hand stopped at the point you are all-in and called before the river and instead of dealing the remaining cards, you were awarded your EV in the pot. The difference between your results line and your 'all-in EV' line is a measure of how you have been impacted by this one single form of 'luck'. It's not even perfect at that, as it doesn't take into account the bunching effect -- the fact that your opponents' folded cards are not randomly distributed.
I can't tell you if the games are beatable, but I can tell you that playing 14 VPIP in a 25BB cap game is not advisable. Loosen up.
