Hero???

This is clubgg.
Villain is crazy aggro with his 3bets
Just played 1 hand with villain
BvB, Villain 3bet/c4bet ip w/64s
flop 568 H check, V 2x jams, H snap calls w/78.
Yes we just 4betted light with villain w/78 and stacked him.

So what does this huge 3bet mean?
We fold? call? 4bet ship?
Even though villain seems crazy to us, but we also seem crazy to him???

The 3bet / call 4bet with 64s is not that crazy, see below screenshot of GTOwizard where the solver 3bets 64s 10% of the time and then always call a (small) 4bet. And then when you get this flop, SB checks to you, you put them on AK, you don't really know what to do, you think your pair of 6 is ahead but you are afraid of getting outdrawn, the pot is huge, worst case scenario you have your gutshot -> jam 😀

Your 4bet with 78s though is pretty bad.

Playing a bit devil's advocate here, but your villain is maybe not as ******ed as you think. 15% 3bet over 214 hands can happen if you have a streak of good cards and/or you roll high (for those who roll their preflop decisions)

Vs the 15 BB 3-bet... I would consider this is a all-in or fold spot, and for the first time I would let it go, maybe shoving AKo, AQs, JJ+. If villain continues I would seriously expand my shoving range though (although unfortunately we might never have a hand as good as AJs the 10 next times villain does this, which is tilting)

Well I wouldn't have a calling range vs. this size oop and 100bb eff. You can do a small 4B or 4B jam vs. this sizing + antes and 100bb eff.

I'd start with calculating what his folding frequency would need to be if you jammed and go from there.

EV_jam = (1 - fold %)*(equity vs. call range)*(pot to win) - (1 - fold %)*(1 - equity vs. call range)*(100 - 2.5 - ante) + (fold %)*(antes + 2.5 + 15 + 0.5 + 1)

solve for (fold %) when EV_jam = 0

come up with an estimation of your equity vs. his calling range

It would also be useful to know what his 3b sizings were in previous hands where he was IP vs. an RFI, just to see if this is a deviation or not. Also, would be good to know what you 3b and 4b sizings were for the BvB hand you're referencing, if it was on this same table, and how recently it happened. Was the table or you sample on villain when the table was short handed too? For example your table is 7-max, but currently 6 handed. You are presumably calling him an aggrotard based on his stats, but if a lot of the play was short handed (2-5 handed), then the stats mean a lot less.

This hand was played immediately after the HH on the same table.
His sizings were normal until this hand, so I assume it's value heavy.
But his "value" range might be wider than normal considering we just 4betted with 78o
Usually the tables I play on are full or near full. I also play 8max and 6 max tables so villain stats were not all from 7 max tables.
200+ hands stats, only 100 were from today. 100+ 2 weeks ago.

Posted the HH below.
