"Slowplay" means you are playing passively a very good hand. Here your hand is OK but not great, villain can have all the sets which you don't have, KQ, AT, KJ. I don't think you can raise at any point, and on the river you can fold when you beat nothing but a bluff and microstakes players underbluff most spots.
This is not slow played. Based on action you're at best bluff catching river, since you're never ahead of any river value bets by villain. Triple barrel connected 3b pot broadway flop is not nearly overbluffed enough to go catching here, so imo snap fold river even with the theoretical boat blockers you have.
