My thinking:
- I usually mix between mostly 3betting and calling this spot. Given the villain is UTG and not an obvious fish, I opted to call the min open pre
- I floated three streets, thinking I have SD against all FD, but in retrospect, maybe I should lead the flop to target better PP than mine?

Never mind, missread the HH.
I would fold preflop. I use 3bet only in SB and then SB likes to 3-bet linear.
If you call this hand I would fold flop.
Not sure how your call range looks like but I think you have better hands to call: some pairs, flushdraws, openended and gutshots etc who can continue. Let this one go. Only 2 outs to improve and calling 3 streets is leaking money.
Call pre can be okay vs. a minopen from the small blind, but given how you're speaking about the hand, playing 10nl, and making kind of a big mistake postflop, I'd strongly suggest just playing a tight 3-bet or fold strategy.
The villain is in CO—not UTG. The flat pre is okay and flop/turn are both folds. River call might be okay.
Guys OP is BB...
I think folding turn would be the right play (maybe even flop).
Think flop/turn are fine as played, but river feels thin. 44 just doesn’t beat enough value once villain triple barrels, I’d prob fold river and move on.
